How does this happen? I mean, really?

 

I was just sitting in the chair and somehow I noticed something weird on the fan - I hopped up on the ottoman - and this is what I found. Now I'm just wondering when (and also how) this happened? I would have loved to been a fly on the wall when Jackson tossed his plane in the air and then it didn't come back down. :)
