Meet Jackson and Stone:

Our boys are the light of our lives, and we can't imagine life without them! They are so blessed to have so many people in their lives who love them unconditionally and we are just as blessed to be given the privilege to be their parents!

This blog is a chronicle of our boys lives. All the milestones, all the fun times, all the silly things they do, and all of their messes!

This blog is to keep everyone up to date and to document all of those memories of our lives together that we never want to forget!

Chilly Morning!

10/28/2014

Jackson woke up and said, "Mommy! It's cooolllllddddd! I need a blanket and some warm!"

Baby #2 is growing!! 18-22 weeks

Look at Baby #2 growing!

Over halfway there...

Annual Moorman family pumpkin carve!

10/26/2014

Jason, Jackson and I love the annual pumpkin carve! This is the first year Jackson really got into it and tried to "help". Here were a lot of holes poked into the pumpkins that added just a little bit of "Jackson flare"! Haha!

Helping daddy!

Finished product! Looks good as long as you don't look at the bad side of it that Jackson "worked" on!

Then Jackson's silliness lead to an unfortunate "accident" and their pumpkin had to have emergency surgery and was put back together with a few toothpicks and tape! :) Oh boy...

Sweet guy!

Our family of pumpkins! :)

Silly goose stay home day!

10/26/2014

This kid is a hoot! He keeps me laughing and you just never know what he will do or say next! :)

Daddy's slippers

"Noculors" as Jackson would say!

Pumpkin Patch - Cedar Hill Farm

10/24/2014

Cousin love! Getting ready to go to the pumpkin patch!

Chicken and French fries! Jackson's favorites!

Petting the animals at the farm!!

Ready to watch the pig's race! :)

I love this sweet, energetic boy! I don't keep up as easily while pregnant! :)

The boys loved riding the "widdle horses"!

Sliding down the BIG slide!
Not for mama this time around.... :)

"Look at these huge pumpkins!"

We had a blast with the boys today, but we definitely don't have the energy they have! :)

Lots of grinning and running and laughing!

And there was a wrestling match in the corn bin! I'd like to say Jason won, but it was anybody's fight! Haha! :)

And what better way would you find to get the corn out of your pants!? :)

After all that playing, now it's ice cream time!

Now, that's a lot of giggling! I love it so much! Makes my heart happy!

Class leader for the week....

10/24/2014

Jackson was the class leader for the week, which means fun cupcakes for the entire class!
He was just a little bit excited!

And, I found this sweet paper plate man while taking his goodies to his class... :)

True Life: Dining with my child!

10/21/2014

This is true life people. :)

This boy is a mess! I mean, who doesn't hide inside their mommy's shirt while at a restaurant?! :)

No Nike's for this boy....

10/21/2014

Annnddddd....THAT is why I won't buy him any good shoes! Hahaha! When I asked him what happened, his response was "Well...the blue slide was wet!!" :)

Kidney Stones...

10/20/2014

So....the Stone family has a lovely history of kidney stones. Like, they ALL have them. From my daddy, to my brother, to my aunts and uncles and granddaddy....except for me. Well, up until now!

Went to work feeling just fine, then started hurting in my side and back. Took Tylenol and put a heating pad on it....worked most of the day trying not to move and feeling pretty crumby...ended up leaving work early (which is totally not like me). I called Jason on the way home and was hurting bad by the time he made it home.

Ended up in the ER in Oxford before the night was over....

Not good. After monitoring the baby for 3 hours and doing ABSOUTELY nothing to me, they sent me home and told me to follow up with my baby doctor the next day.

I was diagnosed with kidney stones and a secondary kidney infection. Just great! Now, let's pray this was only pregnancy related and not some of those lovely Stone genes showing up!

But, as bad as I felt, our sweet baby boy is healthy and growing perfectly!

Staining the concrete!

We got the concrete slab all stained this weekend! And when I say "we", I obviously mean "Jason while I oversaw the progress" because I can't expose the baby to all those fumes and acid! :) But, I think Jason did a great job and the floor will look great! Hopefully these two boys won't be able to tear those floors up too fast! :) It's all about durability when you've got two boys! Haha!
