Bed Rest

Well...... It finally happened. Bed Rest.

I don't do good at bed rest, but at least this time it won't be for as long as it was when I was pregnant with Jackson.

I went to my doctor's appointment a week ago, and he was NOT pleased with my swelling or my blood pressure, so he warned me this was probably coming.

When I went to my appointment this week, he said enough was enough! No more standing for long periods of time, no more working, no more anything that is super stressful or requires a lot of activity. Thankfully, I can still take Jackson to school and care for him, but no more "racing" for a while. :(

Sitting still is hard. It's even harder with a 4 year old who likes to say "Mommy? You want to play with me?" all the time! We are just going to have to find new games to play for the next couple of weeks.
