Meet Jackson and Stone:

Our boys are the light of our lives, and we can't imagine life without them! They are so blessed to have so many people in their lives who love them unconditionally and we are just as blessed to be given the privilege to be their parents!

This blog is a chronicle of our boys lives. All the milestones, all the fun times, all the silly things they do, and all of their messes!

This blog is to keep everyone up to date and to document all of those memories of our lives together that we never want to forget!

Rough night!

So this is what it looks like when you finally crash after staying up "partying" (and keeping your parents up) all night!

A few nights ago, Jackson woke up about 2:30am and was wide awake! I mean...AWAKE! I tried to get him to go back to sleep in his room first...not going to happen. So then I tried to put him in the bed with us...not going to happen either. After a long struggle, including things like Jackson sitting up in the bed and saying, "What's that?!" and hitting his daddy to try to wake him up, and somehow wiggling himself almost three-quarters the way UNDER my pillow, Jason finally got up and turned Veggie Tales on in the living room for our "Night Owl"!

He watched his movie and ate Cheerios until about 4:30am when he came running back into our bedroom, but poor guy ran smack into our foot board! Ouch.

After recovering from his injuries, he convinced his daddy (who now has to get up and get ready for work) to turn his movie back on. He was "still going strong" as his daddy put it when Jason left for woke about 5:15am or so.

I got up and checked on him about 5:45am (when I took this picture) because well...he just can't be trusted to be alone by himself. ;)

Luckily he had finally gone back to sleep! Crashed might be a better definition! :)

And...you'd think he would have slept late considering, but he was up and at 'em about 7:30am....ready for the day! He however did take a long (earlier than usual) nap that day!

Roughy night to say the least. And praise the Lord I did not have to work the next day!
